The construction process of washing rice stone pavement mainly includes the following steps:

① Preparatory work: including cleaning the basic ground to ensure that the surface is free of debris, oil and so on. At the same time, prepare cement, washing stone, water, tools and other materials and equipment.

② Laying screed layer: Laying 20 mm thick mortar screed layer on the cleaned basic ground, requiring the ground surface to be solid and clean and good flatness. Pop out the position line of the dividing strip on the screed layer according to the design pattern, and then use cement cement paste to make a figure-shaped slope to position and glue the dividing strip (the dividing strip is copper strip or glass strip). The height of the grid is about 10 mm, and the orientation is accurate, the inlay is firm, and the street is tight. At the intersection of the dividing strips, do not spread the eight-figure paste, so as not to let the ballast into the seam. After the grid is inlaid, water and maintain for two days every half day.

③ Paving washing rice stone: On the inlaid grid screed layer, thinly spread a layer of cement slurry, and then the mixed ballast slurry (the volume ratio of cement: ballast = 1:1.5-2) from the grid strip gradually spread to the center of the grid. Use an iron trowel to push and smooth from the middle to the four sides, and after compaction, it is 1-2 mm higher than the grid strip. Then evenly spread a layer of ballast, with a roller die vertical rolling until pulp. If the Spanish beige washing stone is used for paving, the plate vibrator should be used to vibrate until the washing stone no longer sinks.

(4) Surface treatment: After the washing of the rice stone pavement is completed, the surface is washed with a high-pressure water gun to ensure that the surface of the road is clean and beautiful.
