1. 1.Iron oxide pigment dissolution: the wet method of iron oxide pigment dissolved in the solvent, the prepared solution is generally calculated by weight ratio, usually the weight ratio of iron oxide pigment and solvent is 1:10-20, can be selected according to the water absorption and film property of the pigment, but also according to the color requirements of the product and the solubility of the pigment to adjust the proportion.
2. 2.Pigment grinding: the dissolved iron oxide pigment is added to the grinder, stirring and grinding until the coating properties are satisfactory, usually the grinding time is 1-2 hours, depending on the coating property of the iron oxide pigment after grinding to meet the requirements.
3. 3. iron oxide pigment application: wet iron oxide pigment can be directly used in paint emulsion, or add emulsifier to make emulsion for paint use, emulsion dose is generally 1-3%, can be adjusted according to the required coating effect requirements and emulsifier effect.
